MAW-76 'Legion' Multi-Barrel Rifle

A personal design project for a weapon using a superposed load ammunition concept to stack multiple electronically fired rounds in a single barrel.
The MAW-76 'Legion' is a multi-barreled assault weapon designed to provide a high saturation of automatic fire in a compact package. The weapon uses 21 barrels fitted into a single removable magazine module, each barrel holding 37 rounds of 5x10mm ammunition and propellant for a total capacity of 777 rounds. An electronic firing system powered by batteries in the body allows the weapon to discharge the barrels at any desired rate, or to fire bursts of any number of rounds specified.
The design features an ergonomic grip and buttpad, with a sliding grip module for length of pull adjustment, as well as an added holographic sight and carry handle fitted to the top accessory rail.
