Justiciar Heavy Automatic Rifle

A concept weapon developed as a hybrid of dedicated marksman rifle and assault weapon that I produced for an in-production sci-fi novel series.

Some technical specs for the gun:
The rifle is chambered in a 8.62x66mm magnum round, fed from a 32 round detachable helical magazine.
With a long barrel and long-stroke gas piston operated rotating bolt action, the weapon provides reasonable long range accuracy while remaining reliable and easily maintained in the field.
The attached optic includes variable magnification, as well as a top-mounted red dot sight. An integrated laser sight is also included to aid close quarters accuracy.
A threaded muzzle allows the weapon to accept a standard muzzle brake to mitigate recoil, as well as supporting aftermarket suppressors.
